1. CALL TO ORDER
Councilmember Deines called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.

6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 Annual Financial Audit Process for Fiscal Year 202223 Evelyn Morentin-Barcena, CPA from RAMS (Rogers, Anderson, Malody &Scott, LLP) provided a presentation and reported on the item.
ACTION
1. Received and filed the presentation of City of Menifee Annual Financial Audit Process Overview Presentation.
6.2 Proposed First Amendment to the CFD 20201 Acquisition, Construction and Funding Agreement
Chief Finance Officer Travis Hickey reported on the item.
Councilmember Deines stated he was not in favor of amending facilities and would not approve future requests.

ACTION
1. Reviewed the proposed First Amendment to the Acquisition, Construction and Funding Agreement for CFD 20201, which adds park site land acquisition costs to the list of city improvements constructed by or on behalf of the developer that are eligible for reimbursement with bond proceeds; and
2. Recommended the finance team present the First Amendment to the Acquisition, Construction and Funding Agreement to the City Council for consideration.
6.3 Participation in CAMP Program
Chief Finance Officer Travis Hickey reported on the item.
ACTION
1. Recommended City Council adopt a resolution authorizing the City of Menifee to participate in the California Asset Management Program (CAMP).
6.4 Proposed Finance Committee Meeting Dates for 2024
The Committee discussed and approved the dates below for future meetings and staff stated they would bring back alternate dates for additional meetings between January and March 2024.
