Councilmember Deines called the meeting to order at 2:02 PM.

6.1 Proposed Development Agreement with Brookfield for the Menifee Valley Specific Plan Project
Community Development Director Cheryl Kitzerow reported on the item. The Councilmembers asked questions of staff and the Brookfield Development Representative, David Bartlett.
ACTION
1. Reviewed the proposed Development Agreement deal points between the City of Menifee and Brookfield for the Menifee Valley Specific Plan Project for the development of approximately 578 acres of land and recommended submittal to Planning Commission and City Council for approval.
