CITYWIDE TREE TRIMMING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
This is Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment No. 3”) to that certain Contract Services Agreement (“Agreement”) made on January 18, 2023 between the City of Menifee (“City”) and WEST COAST ARBORISTS, INC, a California Corporation (“Contractor”) for CITY OF MENIFEE CITYWIDE TREE TRIMMING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES as amended by that certain Amendment No.1 to the Agreement entered into on July 20, 2023 (“Amendment No. 1”), as amended by that certain Amendment No.2 to the Agreement entered into on March 22, 2024 (“Amendment No. 2”), which this Amendment No. 3 is made and entered into on ______________, 2024 to revise the City-Wide Tree Trimming and Maintenance Services table in Exhibit B to the Agreement, without any change to the aggregate compensation under the Agreement.
1. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 3 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
2. Exhibit B to the Agreement is hereby revised to replace the table in the exhibit labelled “CITY-WIIDE TREE TRIMMING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES” first added by Amendment No. 1, with the table attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, including Exhibit “B” remain in full force and effect.
4. This Amendment No. 3 may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.
