SPECIAL MEETING (4:00 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Zimmerman called the special meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Dean Deines, Bob Karwin, Lesa Sobek, Bill Zimmerman, Ricky Estrada
Absent: None
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Daniel Temple led the flag salute.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Regional Homeless Alliance Assessment and Action Plan
Police Captain Dave Gutierrez, City Attorney Jeffrey Melching, and Special Advisor Susan Price with Baker Tilly provided a presentation.
The City Council asked questions of the presenters.
The following speakers addressed the City Council.

ACTION
1. Received a report on the City of Menifee’s homeless response program and regional collaboration efforts; and
2. Reviewed and discussed the Regional Homeless Alliance Assessment and Action Plan.
