Work of improvements on the project herein described was accepted as complete on December 4, 2024. The project consisted of removing, replacing and widening approximately 111,000 square feet of the existing roadway, installing signage, curb, gutter, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps and residential driveway approaches on both sides of 3rd Street. The project was completed in the city right-of-way in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California.
