RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance approving Specific Plan Amendment No. PLN23-0175 and Zone Change No. PLN23-0174 for the Ethanac Business Park, generally located east of Trumble Road, south of Ethanac Road, west of Sherman Road and north of McLaughlin Road.
DISCUSSION
At the November 20, 2024, City Council meeting, the City Council introduced the first reading of an ordinance to approve Specific Plan Amendment No. PLN23-0175 and Zone Change No.
PLN23-0174 for the Ethanac Business Park project. This is the required second reading for adoption. The ordinance would become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.
