Mayor Pro Tem Deines called the meeting to order at 1:31 PM.

Mayor Pro Tem Deines and Councilmember Sobek were present.

6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 Proposed amendment to the Development Agreement with Pulte Home Company LLC. for the Cimarron Ridge Development (Cimarron Ridge Specific Plan)
Community Development Director Cheryl Kitzerow introduced the item and provided a brief overview of the project and the proposed changes to the Development Agreement with Pulte Home Company, LLC. The Councilmembers asked questions of Staff. Staff was able to address the Committee’s questions.
ACTION
1. Reviewed the proposed Amendment No. 3 for the existing Development Agreement between the City of Menifee and Pulte Home Company, LLC. dated June 7, 2017, for the Cimarron Ridge Development and recommended submittal to the City Council for approval.
