AND GOGOV, INC FOR SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
This is Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment No. 1”) to that certain Agreement (“Agreement”) made on July 6, 2022 between the City of Menifee (“City”) and GOGOV, INC. a New York corporation (“GoGov”) which this Amendment No. 1 is made and entered into on______________________ to increase the compensation amount and augment the scope of services, as indicated below:
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
2. The Agreement is hereby supplemented to include the supplement to services attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The not-to-exceed compensation amounts in the Agreement shall be supplemented to include the additional compensation, on an annual basis beginning on _July 1, 2024__.
3. This Amendment No. 1 may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. (Signatures on Following Page)
