RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 2017-229 to update participation in the Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF) program.
DISCUSSION
At the February 5, 2025, City Council meeting, the City Council introduced the first reading of an ordinance to repeal and replace Ordinance No. 2017-229 to update participation in the TUMF program. This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance will become effective 60 days from the date of adoption, on April 20, 2025.
