The meeting was called to order at 4:00 PM.

6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 Proposed Bond Issuance for Community Facilities District No. 20222, McLaughlin Village
ACTION
1. Reviewed the proposed bond issuance request for Community Facilities District (“CFD”) No. 20222, McLaughlin Village by Century Communities, to finance the costs of certain public improvements in connection with the development of 126 homes in a community located south of McLaughlin Road, between Sun City Boulevard and Interstate 215 within the City of Menifee (“City”); and
2. Recommended the Finance Department proceed with the preparation of the Official Statement and other legal documents related to the transaction for presentation to the City Council.
6.2 Proposed Change to Community Facilities District No. 20223, Legado, by Lennar Homes
ACTION
1. Reviewed the proposed changes for Community Facilities District (“CFD”) No. 20223, Improvement Area 1, by Lennar Homes to amend the financing plan for certain public improvements within the development and recommend submittal to the City Council for consideration.
6.3 Finance Committee 2025 Meeting Schedule
ACTION
1. Approved the previously discussed 2025 Finance Committee Meeting dates.
The next Finance Committee meeting was scheduled for March 26, 2025.
