RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Receive an overview of the roles and responsibilities of a Planning Commissioner, the development process, land uses, zoning and environmental review.
DISCUSSION
At the City Council meeting held on November 20, 2024, the City Council requested a future agenda item to conduct a joint workshop with City Council and the Planning Commission. This workshop is designed to provide a Planning Commission 101 overview of the roles and responsibilities of a Planning Commissioner, the development process, land uses, zoning and environmental review.
