RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Review the Capital Improvement Program presentation and provide feedback and input to staff.
DISCUSSION
On April 2, 2025, the City Council held the first workshop on the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This is the second workshop where staff will present an overview of the proposed plan for Fiscal Years 2025/26 and 2026/27. Staff is seeking feedback and input from the City Council and the public on the proposed plan. Final adoption of the two-year CIP is scheduled for the June 4, 2025, City Council meeting.

FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with the recommended action. Tentative appropriation amounts will be presented to City Council and the public at the full budget workshop on May 7, 2025, with final appropriations presented for adoption on June 4, 2025.
