SPECIAL MEETING (5:30 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Estrada called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Ricky Estrada, Dean Deines, Ben Diederich, Dan Temple, David Foust, Thomas Giedroyce, Laz Peterson, Mauricio Sanchez
Absent: Bob Karwin, Tierra Trembly
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Diederich led the flag salute.
4. WORKSHOP
4.1 Menifee Community Center Design Workshop
Community Services Director Mariana Mitchell and City Consultant Bill Dennis with TSK provided a presentation.
The City Council and Commissioners asked staff and the Consultant questions.
The following speaker addressed the Council and the Commission:

ACTION
1. Reviewed and provided feedback on the final design elements of the building signage, landscaping, and Visual and Performing Arts space of the future Menifee Community Center, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Project No. 2310, located on La Piedra and Menifee Road.
