What are your comments regarding the LRA FHSZ Map?
I strongly disagree with the OSFM reassessment to "Very High" at my current address of residence in LRA City of Menifee (Effective March 24, 2025). Per Caltopo Fire History layer "1900-present", last known fire history of 1979 "Menifee" fire was stopped approx 1000' from this property when it was still wildland. This was prior to current home development which didn't occur until 2002. The current distance to undeveloped open space wildland is approximately 400' at the end of Bavaria Drive to the south. At that location, the fuels (vegetation) is Fuel Model #1, characterized as short grass. Ingress and egress to this development is from multiple directions and with very little change in slope and fire hydrants plentiful throughout. All roofs in the immediate community are tile.
