RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying special taxes to be collected during Fiscal Year 2024/2025 to pay the annual costs and expenses of the City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance Services, Annexation No. 26, located between Valley Boulevard and Byers Road and north of Rouse Road.
DISCUSSION
At the June 4, 2025, City Council meeting, this ordinance was introduced for first reading. This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance would become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.

Services provided within the CFD would be paid for by special taxes levied within the district.
There is no fiscal impact to the City’s General Fund.
