REGULAR MEETING (4:00 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Estrada called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Ricky Estrada, Dean Deines
Absent: None.

4. PUBLIC COMMENTS (NON-AGENDA ITEMS)
None.
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The March 26, 2025, Finance Committee Meeting Minutes were approved unanimously (2-0).
6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
6.1 Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Annual Investment Policy
Chief Financial Officer Travis Hickey introduced the item and provided a general overview. Finance Manager Ann-Marie Etienne then delivered a presentation on the item.
Mayor Estrada asked general questions regarding the policy and the City’s investment portfolio. Staff addressed the questions and confirmed that the portfolio would be presented to the Committee at a future date. Councilmember Deines expressed support for the policy.
ACTION
1.Reviewed and provided feedback on the proposed Fiscal Year 2025/2026 Investment Policy and recommend submittal to the City Council for approval at a future City Council meeting.
