Notice is hereby given that:
Work of improvements on the project herein described was accepted as complete on July 16, 2025. The project consisted of resurfacing 244,481 square feet of roadway along La Piedra Road, replacing 15 existing pedestrian ramps with ADA-compliant ramps, repaving, removing and replacing existing striping, and installing new dual-arm solar street lighting and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons along the crosswalk located on La Piedra Road at Spring Deep Terrace. The project was completed in the city right-of-way in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California.
