RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Ratify and approve the Voucher Lists dated 5/30/2025, 6/6/2025, 6/13/2025 and 6/20/2025, the Payroll Register/Other EFTs dated 5/20/2025, 5/23/2025, 5/27/2025, 5/28/2025, 5/29/2025, 6/2/2025, 6/3/2025, 6/6/2025, 6/17/2025 and 6/20/2025, the City Credit Cards Payment Summary for the period 4/1/2025 to 5/31/2025 and the Void Check Listing PE 5/31/2025, which have a total budgetary impact of $10,188,259.99.
DISCUSSION
The City of Menifee Municipal Code Chapter 3.16.050 requires that the City Council audit payments of demands and direct the City Manager to issue checks. The attached Voucher Lists and all corresponding invoices have been reviewed and approved for accuracy by the Finance Manager and by the Chief Financial Officer. Voucher Lists dated 5/30/2025, 6/6/2025, 6/13/2025 and 6/20/2025, the Payroll Register/Other EFTs dated 5/20/2025, 5/23/2025, 5/27/2025, 5/28/2025, 5/29/2025, 6/2/2025, 6/3/2025, 6/6/2025, 6/17/2025 and 6/20/2025, the City Credit Card payment summary for the period 4/1/2025 to 5/31/2025 and the Void check Listing PE 5/31/2025, which have a total budgetary impact of $10,188,259.99.
