RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying special taxes to be collected during Fiscal Year 2025/2026 to pay the annual costs and expenses of the City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance Services, Annexation No. 28, located east of Antelope Road, north of McLaughlin Road, southwest of Matthews Road, and south of State Route 74.
DISCUSSION
This ordinance was introduced for its first reading at the September 3, 2025, City Council meeting.
This is the required second reading and adoption. If approved, the ordinance would become effective 30 days following the date of adoption.
