RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying special taxes to be collected during Fiscal Year 2025/2026 to pay the annual costs and expenses of the City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance Services, Annexation No. 35, located south of Boulder Rock Place, west of Murrieta Road, east of Amber Rock Drive, and north of Thornton Avenue.
DISCUSSION
At the September 17, 2025, City Council meeting, this ordinance was introduced for first reading.
This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance would become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.

Services provided within the CFD would be paid for by special taxes levied within the district.
There is no fiscal impact to the City’s General Fund.
