SPECIAL MEETING (4:00 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Estrada called the special meeting to order at 4:01 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Ricky Estrada, Bob Karwin, Ben Diederich, Dan Temple, Dean Deines
Absent: None
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chris Thomas led the flag salute.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Menifee Placemaking, Unique Identity, and Tourism Master Plan Workshop The City Council asked staff and Mr. Avila questions.

The City Council spoke in favor of the proposed Menifee Placemaking, Unique Identity, and Tourism Master Plan. The City Council highlighted opportunities for public art, placemaking, indoor recreational facilities, cultural events, and the Menifee Hills project.
