Work of improvements on the project herein described was accepted as complete on November 5, 2025. The project consisted of asbestos abatement involving the removal and disposal of hazardous materials including removal of interior finishes such as cabinetry, ceiling tiles and grid system, plumbing fixtures, ducting, toilets, faucets, and drywall located at 26800 Cherry Hills Boulevard. The project was completed in the city right-of-way in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California.
