Grading for the project is ongoing, with building construction anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2026.
The deferral agreement with BrightSky Residential, LLC requires annexation into the CFD to be completed prior to the issuance of any building permits within the project. Both Garbani Road 134 Owner, LLC and Bright Sky Residential, LLC are subsidiaries of Corporate Creations Network, Inc.
