SPECIAL MEETING (3:30 PM)
1. CALL TO ORDER
Acting Mayor Karwin called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Bob Karwin, Ben Diederich, Dan Temple, Dean Deines, Randy Madrid, Tammy Ramirez, Ivan Holler, Michael Knighten
Absent: Ricky Estrada, Chris Thomas
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Temple led the flag salute.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Overview of the City of Menifee Land Use Financial Analysis Economic Development Manager Kayla Charters introduced the item.
Consultant Joseph Minicozzi, Principal with Urban 3, provided a presentation.
The Council and Commission asked questions of staff and Mr. Minicozzi.
5. ADJOURN
Acting Mayor Karwin adjourned the meeting at 5:03 PM.
