Two-faced decorative street clock (Verdin Design Group, Model 4K), including aluminum post, clock head with internal timepiece, LED illumination, and Master Clock Controller (MCC3), donated by the Rotary Club for permanent installation at the Civic Center parking lot. $29,933

Concrete foundation and electrical power provided by the City. Clock installation and electrical connection coordinated by Rotary. Upon acceptance, the City shall assume responsibility for ongoing operation and maintenance of the clock in perpetuity, including routine servicing, programming, electrical power, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs consistent with manufacturer recommendations.
Permanent decorative and functional street clock located at the Civic Center parking lot (27600 City Hall Drive) This donation is accepted as a restricted donation for installation at the Civic Center parking lot. Acceptance includes City responsibility for ongoing maintenance and operation following installation. Major repairs or replacement, if needed, will be addressed through normal City maintenance practices and subject to available funding.
