SPECIAL MEETING (4:00 PM)
CALL TO ORDER
Acting Mayor Karwin called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM.
ROLL CALL
Present: Bob Karwin, Ben Diederich, Dan Temple, Dean Deines
Absent: Ricky Estrada
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Councilmember Deines led the flag salute.
4. DISCUSSION ITEMS
4.1 Public Safety Services Community Facilities District Chief Financial Officer Travis Hickey and City Consultant Shane Spicer provided a presentation.
The City Council asked staff questions.
The City Council spoke in favor and provided consensus to establish a Public Safety Services Community Facilities District (CFD) as presented. Additionally, the Council requested that an analysis of the levies be included when matters are brought forward for Council's annual consideration prior to placement on the County tax rolls.
