RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Ratify and approve the Voucher Lists dated 12/19/2025, 12/24/2025 and 1/9/2026, the Payroll Register/Other EFTs dated 12/19/2025, 12/31/2025, 1/2/2026, 1/5/2026 and 1/6/2026 and the Void Check Listing PE 12/31/2025, which have a total budgetary impact of $12,411,096.24.
DISCUSSION
The City of Menifee Municipal Code establishes procedures for the review and approval of all financial demands. The attached Voucher Lists dated 12/19/2025, 12/24/2025 and 1/9/2026, the Payroll Register/Other EFTs dated 12/19/2025, 12/31/2025, 1/2/2026, 1/5/2026 and 1/6/2026 and the Void Check Listing PE 12/31/2025, which have a total budgetary impact of $12,411,096.24.

As indicated previously, the payments of demand above have a total budgetary impact of $12,411,096.24 which is available in the fiscal year 2025/26 budgets. No additional budget appropriation action(s) is required.
