The Fiscal Year (FY) 2024/2025 Local Roads Asphalt Concrete (AC) Resurfacing (Sun City Community) project, Capital Improvement Program Project (CIP) No. 25-07 (Project), resurfaced existing pavement and upgraded 14 pedestrian ramps to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance within a residential neighborhood of the Sun City Community. The neighborhood is bounded by Rouse Road, Sun City Boulevard, Chambers Avenue, and Bradley Road. Project roadway resurfacing and ADA ramp work was completed on Comwell Street, Embassy Street, Invarey Street, and Ventan Street. Roadway signage and striping were updated throughout the neighborhood after the Project resurfacing was finished.
