RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Ratify and approve the Voucher Lists dated 1/30/2026 and 2/6/2026, the Payroll Register/Other EFTs dated 1/27/2026, 1/30/2026, 2/2/2026 and 2/3/2026 and the Void Check Listing PE 1/31/2026, which have a total budgetary impact of $4,323,052.61.
DISCUSSION
The City of Menifee Municipal Code establishes procedures for the review and approval of all financial demands. The attached Voucher Lists dated 1/30/2026 and 2/6/2026, the Payroll Register/Other EFTs dated 1/27/2026, 1/30/2026, 2/2/2026 and 2/3/2026 and the Void Check Listing PE 1/31/2026, which have a total budgetary impact of $4,323,052.61.

As indicated previously, the payments of demand above have a total budgetary impact of $4,323,052.61 which is available in the Fiscal Year 2025/26 budgets. No additional budget appropriation action(s) is required.
