• In alignment with City of Menifee’s application, City of Menifee will strive to train 100 staff, coaches and volunteers working with youth through Positive Coaching Alliance. Except for postponement and cancellation charges set forth below, there is no financial commitment connected with City of Menifee’s participation in this program.
o City of Menifee will receive one online training through NRPA and Positive Coaching Alliance.

The training will be conducted by a live trainer in real time and will be coordinated in cooperation between City of Menifee, NRPA, and Positive Coaching Alliance. o NRPA will collaborate with City of Menifee to encourage participation in training. o City of Menifee will provide regular updates on the number of staff, coaches and volunteers trained through the training.
• City of Menifee will partner with NRPA and Positive Coaching Alliance to coordinate training sessions, the number of which will be agreed upon between City of Menifee and Positive Coaching Alliance at no cost to City of Menifee.
o To secure the workshop date(s), the workshop(s) must be scheduled 14 days in advance. o A workshop -rescheduling fee of $200 dollars per workshop may be incurred for workshops postponed or rescheduled after being scheduled when the notification to Positive Coaching Alliance of the postponement is less than 10 days from the scheduled date.
