For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, THE CITY OF MENIFEE, a municipal corporation (“Transferor”), hereby releases, remises and quitclaims to Western Pacific Housing, Inc., a Delaware corporation, formerly known as Schuler Homes Hold co, Inc., a Delaware corporation, successor by merger to Western Pacific Housing - Menifee, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Transferee”), all right, title and interest in those certain drainage easements affecting real property in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California, described on Exhibit A in the areas as depicted on Exhibit B both of which are attached hereto and incorporated in this Quitclaim Deed by this reference.
