RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2025-406 to modify certain definitions and to establish Construction Cost Index adjustments to the Western Riverside County Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (TUMF).
DISCUSSION
On April 1, 2026, the City Council introduced an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2025-406 to modify certain definitions and to establish Construction Cost Index adjustments to the Western Riverside County TUMF fee. This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance would become effective 60 days from the date of adoption.
