6.1 Fund Balance Policy for the General Fund, Policy No. CC-07, Amendment Chief Financial Officer Hickey provided a presentation. The Committee asked questions of staff. The item was approved unanimously (2-0).
ACTION
1. Received staff report on existing Fund Balance Policy for General Fund and provided input for policy update as part of FiscalYeat 2026127 Mid-Cycle Budget Adoption.

6.2 Annual lnvestment Policy No. CC-1'1 Amendment
Chief Financial Officer Travis Hickey introduced Principal Accountant Melissa Cortez and provided a presentation. The Committee asked questions of staff. The item was approved unanimously (2-0).
ACTION
1. Reviewed and provided comment on the draft Fiscal Year 202612027 lnvestment Policy and recommend submittal to the City Council for approval at a future City Council meeting.
