RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Receive and file the contract amendment and change order quarterly report for the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2025/2026.
DISCUSSION
Pursuant to Menifee Municipal Code Section 3.12.150, the City Council shall receive a quarterly report summarizing all contract amendments and/or change orders executed under the City Manager’s administrative authority during the reporting period. Attached is a summary of all such amendments and change orders executed by the City Manager for the third quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025–2026, which includes the months of January, February, and March 2026. During this reporting period, a total of sixteen (16) contract amendments and/or change orders were executed across all City departments.
This report also includes change orders related to professional services contracts for environmental and planning consulting services to ensure compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). These contracts are exempt from standard administrative dollar thresholds and time-extension limitations pursuant to Menifee Municipal Code Section
3.12.140 (D). This report does not include change orders associated with the purchase orders issued under the CEQA Master Agreements. A separate report summarizing those transactions will be prepared and submitted by the Community Development Department.
There is no fiscal impact to the City, as all associated costs for these amendments are reimbursable by the developers. The Community Development Department will continue to provide separate quarterly reports to the City Council summarizing all CEQA-related contracts and amendments, including those reflected in this report.

The contract amendments and/or change orders summarized in the attachment were funded through the approved budget for FY 2025/2026. There is no additional fiscal impact associated with the recommended action.
