NOTICE IS GIVEN that work was completed on that certain project known as TM37668, Sumac Ridge Street, Drainage, Water and Sewer Improvements, for the undersigned agency on April 8, 2026, located on Scott Road, east of Menifee Road, and that said project was accepted by this agency on June 17, 2026. The undersigned agency owns the following interest in said property described above: right-of-way and public improvements within the right-of-way.
The Contractor/Developer on said project was Meritage Homes of California, Inc., a stock corporation. The address of the undersigned agency is City Hall, 29844 Haun Road, Menifee, California 92586.
The property on which said work of improvement was completed is within the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California.
