This is Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment No. 1”) to that certain Master Agreement for Professional On Call Services (“Agreement”) made on October 9, 2023, between the City of Menifee (“City”) and ALBERT A. WEBB & ASSOCIATES (“Consultant”) for (INSPECTION & COMPREHENSIVE LABOR COMPLIANCE SERVICES) , which this Amendment No. 1 is made and entered into on ______________, 2026 , to extend the term of the Agreement as indicated below:
1. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 1 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
2. Section 1.3, “Term of Services” is amended to read as follows:
1.3 Term of Services. This Agreement shall become effective on July 1, 2023 and shall continue until June 30, 2027 , unless otherwise terminated or extended by the Parties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
4. This Amendment No. 1 may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. (Signatures on Following Page)
