room facility has become paramount. Locker rooms provides secure storage for personal belongings, space to store PPE and other specialized gear, uniform exchanges, while also meeting OSHA safety requirements. Lastly, locker rooms provide space to store, change into, and swap out city issued uniforms such as shirts, pants, boots, jackets, hats, and etc.

CIP Project No. 22-11 Parks and Facility Multi-Use Trailers Project (Project) was approved for the purchase of a prefabricated building to be located in the Fire Station 7 lot. Having access to the locker rooms would provide staff with a place to change before and after their shift as well as store their personal items and working tools.

On February 18, 2026, the City executed an agreement with CO Brothers LLC for the installation of water, sewer, and electrical utilities to two 10’x30’ modular locker room trailers previously purchased by the City for a total not exceeding $98,360. No change orders were necessary for this project. The final construction cost for the project was $98,360.

Filing a Notice of Completion (NOC) protects the City from future claims against the project by providing proper notification to each contractor, subcontractor, and material supplier that the project has been completed. The payment bond (Labor and Materials Bond) and performance bond will be released 30 days following the date of the NOC recordation, provided no stop notices are filed preventing said releases.
