This is Amendment No. 6 (“Amendment No. 6”) to that certain Contract Services Agreement (“Agreement”) made on March 1, 2023 between the City of Menifee (“City”) and INTERGRATED PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT, INC., a California Corporation (“Contractor”) for CITY OF MENIFEE: FACILITY PEST CONTROL SERVICES as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement entered into on July 20, 2023 (“Amendment No. 1”), as amended by that certain Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement entered into on April 25, 2024 (“Amendment No. 2”), as amended by that certain Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement entered into on July 24, 2024 (“Amendment No. 3”), as amended by that certain Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement entered into on May 12, 2025 (“Amendment No. 4”), as amended by that certain Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement entered into on June 30, 2025 (“Amendment No. 5”), which this Amendment No. 6 is made and entered into on ______________, 2026, to increase the compensation amount and augment the scope of services as indicated below:
1. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 5 shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
2. SECTION 2.1, “Contract Sum” is amended to read as follows, increasing the contract amount by: Six Thousand Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($6,040.00).
2.1 Contract Sum. Subject to any limitations set forth in this Agreement, City agrees to pay Contractor the amounts specified in the Scope of Services and incorporated herein by this reference. The total compensation, including reimbursement for actual expenses, shall not exceed One Hundred Six Thousand Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($106,040.00) (the “Contract Sum”), unless additional compensation is approved pursuant to Section 1.10.
3. The first page of the original Exhibit B, “Scope of Services”, to the Agreement is amended to read as follows, increasing the not-to-exceed amount for the “Fourth Renewal Term” by Six Thousand Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($6,040.00).

Not-to-Exceed One Hundred Six Thousand Forty Dollars and Zero Cents ($106,040.00)
The Contract Sum for performing all Services described in the Scope of Services, including labor, materials, services, and equipment is the total amount of all lump sum items and of all unit price sums, determined by multiplying the unit price for each item times the actual quantity of each such item, as determined by the City. The Contract Sum is further divided by the term of the Agreement, as more specifically defined in Section 3.5 of the Agreement. The Services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall not exceed the following amounts, which together constitute the Contract Sum. The amounts set forth below include compensation based on Contractor’s proposal for the total cost of AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO

performing the Services, and include additional purchasing authorization for as-needed services indicated in the Scope of Services or mutually agreed upon by the Parties:
Initial Term: Six Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Zero Cents ($6,528.00).
First Renewal Term: Twenty Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and Forty Cents ($20,969.40).
Second Renewal Term: Twenty Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty One Dollars and Zero Cents ($25,181.00).
Third Renewal Term: Twenty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars and Sixty Cents ($29,737.60).
Fourth Renewal Term: Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Four Dollars and Zero Cents ($23,624.00).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor shall not be entitled to any compensation for work not actually performed. The Scope of Services is further detailed on the following pages.
4. Exhibit B, “Scope of Services” is supplemented to include the supplement attached as Exhibit A hereto. The supplement to the “Scope of Services” is not intended to replace the original Exhibit B to the Agreement, but instead to augment and increase the scope of work listed in the original Exhibit B to the Agreement.
5. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
6. This Amendment No. 6 may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement.
