The City purchased a prefabricated steel truss bridge from Bridge Brothers for the project. The bridge, after installation, was inspected and surveyed and staff found that the bridge deck slope did not meet the intended and designed and/or ADA specifications . Remedy o f this issue required additional work from Bogh Engineering to provide modifications to the concrete work on the bridge deck to compensate f or the deficiencies.

This Change Order constitutes a complete and final resolution of all claims of the Contract for additional time or additional compensation related to or affected by work that is the subject of this Change Order.
