NOTICE IS GIVEN that work was completed on that certain project known as Public Improvements for PM38324 Chick-Fil-A, IP23-007, for the undersigned agency on January 17, 2026, located along Haun Road at New Hub Drive, and that said project was accepted by this agency on September 2, 2026. The undersigned agency owns the following interest in said property described above: right-of-way and public improvements within the right-of-way.
The Contractor/Developer on said project was Chick-Fil-A, Inc., a Georgia Stock Corporation. The address of the undersigned agency is City Hall, 29844 Haun Road, Menifee, California 92586.
The property on which said work of improvement was completed is within the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California.
