RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Adopt an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2017-231 and levying special taxes to be collected during Fiscal Year 2026/2027 to pay the annual costs and expenses of the City of Menifee Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2017-1 Maintenance Services, Annexation No. 37, located between Highway 74 and McLaughlin Road, east of Menifee Road, and west of Malaga Road.
DISCUSSION
At the August 19, 2026, City Council meeting, this ordinance was introduced for first reading. This is the required second reading and adoption. The ordinance would become effective 30 days from the date of adoption.

Services provided within the CFD would be paid for by special taxes levied within the district.
There is no fiscal impact to the City’s General Fund.
