1. Receive and file presentation on a participant account with the California Fixed Income Trust (CalFIT), a joint powers authority (JPA) local government investment pool (LGIP), in order to invest in shares of the CalFIT Stable Value Pool.
6.2 City of Menifee Annual Cash & Investment Overview
RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Receive and file presentation on City of Menifee’s Annual Cash & Investment Overview for the July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 period.
6.3 Formation of Community Facilities District (CFD) 20263, Cypress Sands, and formation of Public Safety CFD, 2026S
RECOMMENDED ACTION
1. Review the proposed Community Facilities District (“CFD”) 20263 to finance certain costs of public improvements for the development of 132 townhomes located at the southwest corner of Chambers Avenue and Antelope Road and recommend submittal to the City Council for consideration.
2. Review the proposal for Cypress Sands to be the cornerstone project for the City’s formation of Public Safety CFD, 2026S, and recommend submittal to the City Council for consideration.
