EASEMENT DEED
The CITY OF MENIFEE, a municipal corporation, ("Grantor"), hereby grants in perpetuity to RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, ("Grantee"), and its officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns a non-exclusive easement for unrestricted access to Salt Creek Channel, including ingress and egress thereto, over, upon and across that certain real property situated in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California, as described in Exhibit “A” and shown in Exhibit “B”, attached hereto and made a part hereof, to be referenced hereafter as RCFC Parcel 4110-501B.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Easement Deed, dated _______ __________ from the CITY OF MENIFEE, ("Grantor") to RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION , ("Grantee"), is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 474 of the Board of Supervisors of said District adopted on May 12, 1961, and the Grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
