EASEMENT DEED
CITY OF MENIFEE, a California Municipal Corporation , ("Grantor"), hereby grants in perpetuity to RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, ("Grantee"), and its officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns a non-exclusive easement for use, repair, reconstruct, remove, inspect, operate and maintain storm drain facilities and all appurtenant works, for flood control and drainage purposes under and across that certain real property, including ingress and egress thereto, situated in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California, described in legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and shown Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, to be referenced hereafter as RCFC Parcel 4297-500.
The Grantee, and its contractors, agents and employees, shall have free access to said systems and every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted; provided, however, that in making any excavation on said property of the Grantors, the Grantee shall make the same in such a manner as will cause the least injury to the surface of the ground around such excavation, and shall replace the earth so removed by it and restore the surface of the ground to as near the same condition as it was prior to such excavation as is practicable.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Easement Deed, dated _______ __________ from the CITY OF MENIFEE , ("Grantor") , to RIVERSIDE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION , ("Grantee"), is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the Board of Supervisors of the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 474 of the Board of Supervisors of said District adopted on May 12, 1961, and the Grantee consents to the recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
