Notice is hereby given that work of improvements on the project herein described was accepted as complete on August 14, 2026. The project consisted of constructing a permanent parking area to accommodate 191 parking spaces, as well as water quality basins, lighting, walking areas, a passive park, infrastructure for future electric vehicle charging stalls, landscaping, and irrigation. The project was located at the northeast corner of Town Center Drive and City Hall Drive. The project was completed in the city right-of-way in the City of Menifee, County of Riverside, State of California.
