The following is the scope of work and estimated cost to remodel the Ada givens swimming pool.
1. Remove and dispose of all existing pool equipment
2. Remove approximately 1000 sq ft of concrete decking at the deep end of pool.
3. Remove skimmers (2) and replace with equalizer lines.
4. Remove a section of pool floor for trenching and installation of new v g b compliant plumbing to main drains.
5. Install valve box in the new concrete deck with isolation valves for main drain and skimmers lines connect to existing 4-inch suction line to mechanical room. psi test plumbing
6. Psi test existing return line plumbing.
7. Strip of tile, coping and plaster from pool.
8. Install new tile and coping from standard selection. Including water line and deck depth markers.
9. Repour concrete decking
10. Replace mastic between coping and concrete deck around swimming pool
11. Install new handy cap lift
12. Install new wall steps and new figure four handrails deep end of pool.
13. Drill and epoxy rebar, form corner entry steps to bring up to current code.
14. Install new 3 bend handrail corner step.
15. Install new pool pump, filter and chemical automation with storage tanks for muriatic acid and liquid chlorine.
16. Upgrade electrical panel and install new time clock for pool pump.
17. Replaster poll surface with white plaster 3/8 to ½ inch thick.
18. Startup pool and give training on equipment operation.
19. Design and permits to be supplied reimburse at cost.
Estimate accounts for prevailing wage requirements.
Total for scope outlined above less design and permits 177,000.00
