Clerk's Note: Chairperson HARRIS and Commissioner DELGADILLO were both absent, excused.
The Planning Commission has one vacancy at this time.

E.1 SUBJECT: Pro-Housing Policy Discussion
ACTION
Discussion/Questions
SUMMARY
The Planning Commission will hear a presentation regarding pro-housing policies that was recently presented to the City Council.
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Commission will have an opportunity to hear the presentation on pro-housing policies and ask questions and provide input.
Director of Development Services MCBRIDE gave a presentation on pro-housing policies that was previously provided to City Council. The Planning Commission asked questions.
F. INFORMATION ITEMS
F.1 SUBJECT: Report by Planning Manager of Upcoming Agenda Items ACTION
Information only.
Planning Manager ESPINOSA went over items for the next several Planning Commission meetings.
Commissioner DYLINA asked for an update on his previous request to add an item to Planning Commission agendas regarding requesting future agenda items. Ms. ESPINOSA indicated se was still working with the City Attorney's office on his request.
