Appointments
Boards and Commission (B&C) appointments are done by Council District except for the following:
Building and Housing Board of Appeals
Must be qualified professionals in construction, engineering, or fire inspection Personnel Board
Council appoints two from a list of nominations made by employees Council appoints two applicants directly
Council appoints one applicant from a list nominated by the four Board Members Regional Airport Authority
Does not have to live in City limits but lives in the sphere of influence
