Background
This area was outparceled as part of the Village Landing Subdivision approved in 1987.
On April 6, 2022, the Planning Commission adopted a finding noting that the vacation does not conf lict with any General Plan policies, text, or maps.
On May 2, 2022, the City Council adopted a resolution to set this public hearing for June 6, 2022.
After Opening the Public Hearing, the City
Council by motion may take action.
