ACTION:
Adopt a motion approving or denying the appeal filed by William L.
Stevenson and Inez T. Stevenson Estate on the Notice and Order to Repair or Abate posted by the Chief Building Official on June 15, 2020, for the property located at 2505 3rd Avenue, Merced, CA 95340
The appellant, Victor G TISCORNIA, informed the Board that the property located at 2505 3rf Avenue, Merced, CA had sold approximately weeks prior to the meeting.
The Board agreed to cancel the next continuation of this matter if payment of fines was received prior to the meeting of October 7, 2021.
A motion was made by Vice Chair Steed, seconded by Member Allen, that this agenda item be continued. The motion carried by the following vote:
